The Old Green Tree

Tiny pubs are usually terrifying places; with not enough room to escape to a quiet corner, you risk being sucked into conversation with that strange man at the bar called Vic or something about when it was all fields as far as the eye could see and he used to ride to school on a unicycle. The Old Green Tree is a little pub, with a large selection of 'real' beer on tap, which all means you might be worried about braving the regulars. But the city centre location seems to have worked some magic on this place, as everyone is friendly, interesting, and (relatively) sane.
