If airports had security like Arch Bar, Al-Qaeda wouldn't have a prayer. It's allegedly the preferred watering hole of the area's gun-tastic bad boys. But maybe, just maybe, this is where the gangsters go when they want to drink babycham, chat about who's had a baby, who's getting fat, who had the best haircut on Friends, etc. Once you're past the Tyson lookalikes and metal detectors on the front door, the atmosphere is actually rather jolly. The most intimidating thing about the place is the external blue tiling.. which makes it look rather like a massive public convenience.
