Folly Bridge Inn
Imagine, your Monday afternoon errand to buy a new jotter goes horribly wrong after you spend hours on the phone trying to persuade your Mother that yes, you are eating properly, and no, you don't need her to send you any more cartoon socks in the post in case you run out. A few wrong turns later and you end up on Abingdon Road near the Folly Bridge Inn. A pub at this end of Oxford town? But nothing happens here. Strangely enough, Folly Bridge Inn is pretty decent for a pint, the local students seem to like it, and it's good for big groups and pub quizzes. Hurrah, another boozer added to the list and another pub quiz crown to add to your ever expanding collection. Just don't forget the jotter next time.
