Hobgoblin St Aldate's
On first impressions, you'd be forgiven for thinking this was a Firkin –the tell–tale green paint, the dark wooden tables, and chalk scrawl across the blackboards. Ominously steep staircase to the toilets, almost as if these were an oversight when they built the place. Other than that, nothing out of the ordinary. If this pub was a singer, it'd be Chris de Burgh.
