Bullingdon Arms
From the outside you expect worse than you get in this Cowley Road haunt. Dodgy OAP locals constitute most of the daytime clientele at Bulingdon Arms but the average age lowers in the evenings, partly thanks to the live music that often plays here. If you aren't brave enough to try out the food, the Bully is just opposite good old Tesco, so you can nip in for a Ginsters and Irn–Bru after last orders.
