Boots
Boots is Boots whereever you might be in the country. In fact they've even got a branch in Bangkok...so Boots is Boots pretty much everywhere. My only complaint is that they have a tendency to always lose my photos when I put them in for developing. I have as such defected to Superdrug...but hey, each to their own.
