Lamb and Flag

The Lamb and Flag is another establishment that seems to thrive on the fact that it's been around Oxford for ages. Owned by St John's college, the Lamb and Flag recently made news when it was revealed that profits from the pub are being used to fund the college's DPhil studentships. So enjoy a drink here in the knowledge that it is helping some impoverished academic's bank balance - as if they're not spending it on beer anyway -.
