Cafe Tarifa
This gorgeous café/bar (although Itchy preferred the drinking to the munching, as ever) has atmosphere galore. The seating arrangements are laidback (lots of cushions) which is just as well, as it tends to fill up quickly of an evening. It's not all about lounging and chatting, though: oh no. On Sundays there are often 'Cult Film and Cocktail' nights: Casablanca + a Cosmopolitan = bliss. Itchy recently attended an Open Mic night, which was just the right mix of bizarre (performance poetry about an angry swan) and impressive (a nice man strumming on his guitar). Toddle along soon – there's even a garden in the summer months.
