The Three Goats Heads
This old school drinking hole sits snugly between Oxford Student Union and a bustling Cornmarket Street. Situated over two floors, this gem is as cosy a little booze-hole as you are likely to find. It's a Sam Smith's pub, so you won't be finding any brand name drinks on the menu, but there is a rather tasty lager on sale in the £2.40 region, and pretty good food on offer in a similarly low price range. The clientele varies wonderfully from grizzled old prospector types to cuddly Rupert Bear style undergraduates. Itchy finds this delightful. Check it out (if you can cope with a toilet the size of a shoe).
