The Broomhill Tavern

This Broomhill institution was kindly given a makeover not so long ago and now boasts a wide variety of 'traditional pub events' like drinking, quizzes and pool tables. Having not seen it before the makeover, we can only imagine how dull it must have been for them to class pool tables and drinking as 'events'. Popular among those members of society who take their drinking more seriously than, say, writing essays, or earning a living, this place is usually heaving, but then what do they expect when you can get four-pint pitchers of beer at permanently reduced prices?
