The Hadfield
The small village of Hadfield in nearby Derbyshire is better known as Royston Vasey in the sinister comedy, The League of Gentlemen. Luckily The Hadfield isn't a scary 'local pub for local people' filled with suspicious residents with pig noses. Instead it's a friendly and student-orientated pub in the busy student area of Crookesmoor. It's great for live sport, with several large screens, and it also has a few pool tables. Still not convinced? Try attending one of the weekly quiz nights and you're bound to become a regular in no time.
