Spice Avenue

Sounds like some horrendous set from Spice World, but this place is a far cry from the has–been slappers of yesteryear. Silver service isn't something you expect from curry houses, as any visit to the Balti Triangle will testify, but obviously they saw a gap in the market for the well–to–do to feel well–heeled in a well–nice restaurant. Somewhere to go for a fully–fledged night out, where the meal is the focus of the evening rather than an inebriated post–pub afterthought. Prices are surprisingly reasonable too, considering the quality.
