Despite its impressive styling, and even more impressive menu, this excellent Indian restaurant has a much lower profile than some of the better–known restaurants that it actually surpasses for quality. Those in the know though, are aware that they're on to something good, and it has a very loyal following. The menu, whilst not the largest, is one of the most varied and original with some dishes you won't find elsewhere. There's even Indian beers on tap, so I can't recommend it highly enough, other than to say it's probably as good as the Maharaja in its own way.
