Thai Mirage (closed)

Owned by the same people who run Thai Edge, and there's nothing to choose between the two in terms of food quality. The major difference is that Mirage has full–length twelve–foot windows that look out onto Hurst Street, so don't be taking Jenny/George from accounts for your discreet tete–a–tete. Definitely a restaurant in which to sit and gloat to those passing by, and although it's not really a student haunt there's a reasonably priced lunchtime buffet which allows an occasional change from pie and coke.
