The White Swan

At The White Swan it's all about the Sunday lunches, and people flock from...erm, at least a mile around and possibly more to partake of their piping hot carvery. It's recently shed its slightly shameful chintzy past for a more sophisticated wine-bar/gastro-pub feel, although for some reason the beer garden overlooks a rather congested main road. A very good call if you're trying to avoid rowdy groups of beer-swilling lagerboyz (by which we mean you're taking the parents out or having some quality time with the boy/girlfriend).
