With awards and accolades adorning their colour co-ordinated walls, Bank don't really need another glowing review. So we'll get the compliments out the way. The food is some of the best in Birmingham. As hard as we may try, we can't knock it. The waiters' uniforms and lighting, however, are ripe for a swipe. The waiters' suits should be burned and talking is a chore under the glare of the lighting. Table for one, please.
