This shopping giant is one of those proper Marmite establishments. With mounds of stylish clobber that our friends Sienna and Kate wouldn't be ashamed to sport, H&M is like an upmarket Primark, except here you won't be tripping over a million pushchairs or hyperactive tweenies. On the downside, getting out of the middle of a rugby scrum is easier than getting to the till, but there is a huge plus – all those pounds and pennies you've managed to scrimp and save will take you a long, fashionable way. If you can't handle the madness that is the Bullring then there are two more stores in the city.
