Less 'a glass of the usual' and more 'the finest wines available to humanity', the Quadrant prides itself on its selection of wine and beer. By no means the biggest place in the world (or indeed Clifton), there is an intimate bar and an underground wine cellar catering for the casual drinker and the connoisseur alike. Twinned with the Clifton Sausage down the road, brunch and lunch are also on offer, though the booze rules here, making it a must for those who know their vintages.
