Royal Park

Hidden away deep in the Bronx – well, next to Baraka so it shouldn't be that hard to find –, this is strictly a locals and students kind of place. A massive pub with pool tables upstairs and a dingy gig venue in the basement, it has just been made over, but in a good way having still kept the traditional vibe in some of the smaller rooms. Not the traditional ale and pork scratching type of boozer, but not one of those identity crisis pubs that thinks it's a bar either. All good.
