It's so easy to take a culturally dependent restaurant idea and hash it up completely – Frankie and Benny's take note – but Viva Cuba is one of the success stories. Tasty tapas that please the pocket, a friendly and intimate atmosphere and authentic Cuban knick–knacks – not just the obligatory Che Guvera wallpaper –. It's not the biggest restaurant in the world which means queueing at the bar at weekends is a must, but with the Havana rum flowing freely, the bar really is the best place to be.
