The Mixing Tin

Like the Big Issue seller who performs in the streets every evening outside Wilko's, The Mixing Tin is not the kind of venue that goes for subtlety when enticing potential customers through its doors. Walking by, head hanging low because you've just spent too much money on stuff you'll probably only wear once, your body is jolted towards the open doors of the basement venue by the loud music blaring out on to the street above. Next time you find yourself fingering that new salmon pink top, put it down, walk away and stop off here for some live music action. That's much more like it, eh?
