This Aussie-themed chain pub is definitely more 'down under' than 'down with it', though we suspect even its Australian twang is not authentic. Your best hope is for a big match to be on the big screens. Otherwise, occasional bands churn out staid rock covers, DJs spin not so much pop as poop and as for the live appearances, there is no better warning than the website, which boasts past promos by such names as Rolf Harris, Vernon Kaye, Alan Fletcher (Dr Karl Kennedy from neighbours), Chesney Hawkes and the like. Strewth mate, need we say more?
