The Liason, Oxford

This intimate Chinese restaurant has a dedicated following singing its praises. Chinese food is rarerly surprising, but here you'll find some interesting dishes hidden amoungst the usual fare. Very busy yet maintains a relaxed atmosphere and the several small rooms add acertain romance. Sophisticated, oriental dining, not the kind of place whe the old 'how's your chicken?...''it's OK!' gag goes down well. Worth a booking. Meal for two £25, Seafood with taopeng sauce.

User Reviews for The Liason

Great place! Try the custard buns with the spare ribs, but prepare yourself for the garlic to repeat on you all afternoon! (from the ribs, not the buns). Enjoy this place without stretching the purse strings to wide.
