Instant déja vu alert. You could be just about anywhere. The Cock and Camel pitches itself as an upscale bar, but actually functions more as a Friday night pickup joint or a place to grab a drink on the way to Gloucester Green bus station. Fairly average with a massively bigged–up food menu. A roast chicken sandwich with mango and coriander mayonnaise sounds posh but arrives a common as you like chicken baguette. Over–priced, over–packed and not really worth the bother.
